TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Order and Acceptance

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted by Olivemart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, pricing errors occur, or delivery is not feasible.---

2. Product Information:

Olivemart takes reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and availability are accurate and up to date. However, errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur.

Where a product supplied materially differs from the description on the website due to an error, Olivemart reserves the right, as a first remedy and where reasonably possible, (included but not limited to):

1. Exchange the product for the correct item;

2. Replace the product with the correct specification; or

3. Supply the missing or correct component.

 

If the above remedies are not reasonably possible, or cannot be effected within a reasonable time, Olivemart will provide the customer with an appropriate refund or alternative remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Olivemart shall not be bound by obvious errors or misprints in product descriptions or pricing, but will act reasonably and in good faith to resolve any affected orders.

3. Customer Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information, use products as intended, follow manufacturer instructions and ensure suitable electrical conditions where applicable.---

4. Force Majeure

Olivemart shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including load shedding, courier disruptions, strikes, supplier failures or acts of God.---

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.---
